Authentic and genuine balsamic vinegar produced in the Italian region of Modena. The weather and the noble woods produce an exclusive vinegar with special aroma for roasts of meat, fish and aromatic salads.

Ingredients

Wine vinegar, concentrated grape must and coloring caramel E-150d. Contains sulfites.

Properties

Balanced acidity, with great development of nuances in the mouth, long and attractive post-taste. Of acetic aromas with notes of vintage wine and caramel and dark mahogany color.
