Vinegar aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. Coming from white wine, this vinegar has all the aroma of a vinegar bred in oak as well as a very intense flavor. This vinegar is bottled with 8% acidity, which provides an authentic and intense flavor and aroma characteristic of the best wine vinegars.

Old wine vinegar, caramel colorant E-150d and sulfur dioxide.
