Merry chocolate syrup


-200 gr. of round rice
-150 gr. of sugar
-Two sticks of cinnamon
-The peel of a lemon
-850 ml. milk
-150 ml. of liquid cream
-100 gr. of mascarpone cheese
-Two peaches in syrup
-100 gr. of peach jam
-Merry chocolate syrup
-Mint leaves to decorate


Join the milk with the cream and put them to boil in a saucepan. When it breaks to boil, add the lemon peel, cinnamon, sugar and rice. Lower the heat and let it cook gently for 25 to 30 minutes.

When the cooking time of the rice has passed, add the mascarpone and the peaches in sliced syrup. Remove and reserve in the refrigerator.

Serve chilled and accompanied by a few strands of hot Merry chocolate syrup, a few spoonfuls of peach jam and some mint leaves.
